1. Who We Are

LearnWay is an online educational platform, owned and operated by LearnWay, a UK-based provider of structured learning resources for children.

2. Who Can Use LearnWay

• You must be over 18 to register as a parent.
• Only parents or legal guardians may register children for the service.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

• We offer monthly, 3-monthly, and yearly subscription plans.
• Pricing is based on the number of children using the platform.
• All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled beforehand.
• Payments are securely processed using Stripe.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate registration details.
• Keep login information secure.
• Monitor your child's use of the platform.

5. Content Usage

LearnWay content is for personal household use only. You may not share or redistribute it outside of your family account.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're unhappy with your subscription for any reason within the first 7 days, you can request a full refund by contacting support@learnway.co.uk.

No refunds are available after 7 days, and we do not offer partial refunds for unused time.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future payments but does not automatically issue a refund unless within the refund period above.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if terms are violated or if the platform is misused.

9. Limitation of Liability

LearnWay is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from service use or interruptions.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or site alerts.
